WHAT IS IT?

A trace mineral, calcium is also found in a number of vegetables, nuts, herbs, and spices. These include alfalfa, almonds, borage, chervil, cocoa, fennel, fenugreek, ginseng, hawthorne, kava, nettle, red clover, savory, and tamarind. POTENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS
